Have A Warranty Issue?

First contact your dealer.  Proof of purchase, proof of treatment & testing (for boilers only) and appliance model and serial number must be provided. Your dealer carries parts for taking care of most boiler warranty issues.  A repairman and/or your dealer will take care of replacements or repairs neccesary to fulfill your warranty needs.  If your dealer and/or repairman have any questions about your claim, Nature's Comfort will be contacted to assist them however needed to fulfill your warranty claim.

The life of your outdoor wood boiler or pellet stove greatly depends upon care and maintenance. Properly maintained, your appliance can give you 30 years of dependable service.
